On November 9, 2018, 300 students from College Notre Dame De Jamhour (CNDJ) participated in community a reforestation initiative in Hammana. With the help of these students, we together planted 1,000 Cedar trees.
In addition to being a wildlife habitat, cedars work well as windbreaks, helping to protect other trees and plants from the wind. Windbreaks also block snow.
