How it Began
The absence of a pipe system that connects the hundreds of Ali Nahri residents to the nearby well exposes them to hygiene and sanitary issues. Households do not receive adequate water supplies and are constrained to purchase, despite living less than a kilometer away from the village well. This is a considerable financial burden on residents who should benefit from the local well for their water consumption.
How it Worked
We installed a piped network connecting the well reservoir to residential homes as the solution to the current water problem. Residents will have better access to water that is readily available.
